Webinar "Italian companies and climate disclosure with CDP: getting closer"

Milan, 18 March 2021 - "Italian companies and climate disclosure with CDP: getting closer" is the webinar organized by Carbonsink on Thursday 1 April, from 11.00 to 12.00. The webinar is designed to give companies updates and practical information before the opening of the CDP 2021 disclosure.

Since 2017 Carbonsink is CDP's "Silver Climate Change Consultancy Solutions Provider" and offers Italian companies a wide range of services relating to sustainability issues and corporate strategy for decarbonization, climate disclosure and carbon neutrality.

According to 2020 data, around 75% of the companies that make up the FTSE MIB respond to the annual questionnaire sent by CDP. The strategic importance of climate disclosure and the scores assigned each year is constantly growing, given the increasingly demanding expectations of investors and consumers and the engagement strategies involving the supply chain.

The goal of this webinar is to encourage Italian companies to disclose with CDP and provide practical information on completing the questionnaire.

Carbonsink intends to facilitate the use of the CDP reporting system regardless of the level of preparation of the company. The aim is to support corporate data collection and compilation of the questionnaire.  and at the same time to facilitate activities useful for improving corporate climate strategy and CDP scores.
