Una Finestra sul Nord: the review of Nordic cinema a little more sustainable thanks to Carbonsink

Carbonsink is excited to take part in the film festival "Una Finestra sul Nord", now in its ninth edition, once again dedicated to the novelties of Nordic cinema.

This year, the show, thanks to the involvement of the consultancy firm Carbonsink, will make a real contribution to climate change mitigation: € 0.50 from each ticket sold will support an energy efficiency project developed by Carbonsink in Mozambique, which it distributes at Maputo population efficient stoves for cooking, able to contribute to the improvement of the living conditions of the local communities guaranteeing social, economic and environmental benefits on a global scale.

The festival dedicated to the novelties of Nordic cinema with a particular focus on climate and environmental issues in general. Several documentaries will be the spokespersons of this theme: the Finnish AKTIVISTI (Activist, 2017) from Petteri Saario, with a double screening for schools, and TULEVILLA RANNOILLA (Little Yellow Boots, 2017) by John Webster, which is instead a focus on a very topical and important topic for millions of people: climate change. What can each of us do for the future right now?
